Q. How long does the battery last?
Answer: On a full charge the battery lasts up to 4 hours of continuous playing!

Q. How do I charge it & do I get a charger?
Answer: There will be a charger inside the box which you can charge via any USB plug/laptop/computer.

Q. Can I upload just photos?
Answer: Yes you can! You can upload however many as you like and even a combination of photos and videos!

Q. How long is shipping times?
Answer: When we release our restock on the 29th of January. All items are processed within 1-3 days of your order being confirmed. We use fast shipping services from our warehouses in the US, UK, EU, and many more. So items arrive within 5-7 business days (depending on location). Q: Can the reliving moment's video frame help with loss?
Answer: Yes! It can be especially helpful for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, as it can provide a way to keep the person's memory alive and continue to feel a sense of presence.

Q. How many videos or photos can I upload?
Answer: You can upload as many as you like the device comes with 1GB of storage which is a really large capacity size. So don't worry we got you covered!
